Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents.
• Supervise CNAs and CMAs in daily tasks.
• Utilize PPE according to infection control protocols.
• Coordinate care with nursing staff and other services.
• Record and transcribe orders to medical records.
• Administer medications following the 5 Rights of Medication Administration.
• Document care plans and communicate changes to physicians and families.
• Maintain confidentiality and report neglect or abuse per DON guidelines.
