Responsibilities

• Provide competent patient care as lead clinical nurse in treatment areas.
• Monitor vitals, assist with procedures, and follow orders from licensed practitioners.
• Administer medications and participate in medication lines.
• Document care accurately and maintain patient confidentiality.
• Supervise and delegate tasks to nursing staff as appropriate.
