Job summary

Pieper Electric is seeking a Lead Technician, Low Voltage to supervise the installation, testing, and troubleshooting of structured cabling and low voltage systems. You will guide team members, enforce safety protocols, and ensure projects are completed on time and to quality standards.

This role blends hands-on work with leadership across multiple sites. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of HVAC and low voltage experience, with strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HVAC control systems installation experience with team supervision.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC control systems, including electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic components.
• Familiarity with local building codes related to HVAC control systems installation.
• BICSI Certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Review and plan installation work with project managers to meet schedule.
• Mentor and supervise low voltage technicians and ensure safety and quality.
• Install and test low voltage systems and structured cabling per codes and standards.
• Complete post-installation documentation and support final inspections.
• Maintain clear communication with customers and internal teams.
