Leapros Skilled Trades is a trusted workforce solutions partner within the construction industry, currently seeking experienced Lead Level Low Voltage Technicians for various structured cabling projects in the Pataskala, OH area.

We are partnered with one of the nation’s leading telecommunications and structured cabling companies, offering opportunities for technicians of all skill levels. Whether you are experienced or just starting your career, we welcome all candidates.

Responsibilities:

• Install support structures such as cable trays and conduit for cable routing.
• Pull and route low-voltage cabling, including CAT 5/6, coaxial, fiber optics, and more.
• Terminate cables and distribution frames, ensuring proper connections.
• Troubleshoot cable infrastructure on commercial or industrial projects, resolving issues promptly.
• Communicate effectively with team members, including technicians, Project Managers, and Superintendents.
• Assemble and manage server racks, patch panels, and perform rack and stack work.
• Manage crews of 3-5+ technicians.

Qualifications:

• Experience in structured cabling and telecommunications installation is preferred but not required; all skill levels are welcome.
• Fiber splicing and termination experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Knowledge of cable identification and labeling standards.
• Understanding of industry standards such as EIA, TIA, BICSI, or NEC is beneficial but not required.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• OSP (Outside Plant) experience is a plus.

Location: Pataskala, OH

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00+ per hour, BOE
