Job summary

Wachter, Inc. is hiring a Senior Lead Technician for large construction projects across the United States. The ideal candidate should have experience in low voltage systems, project management skills, and a strong focus on teamwork and communication. Responsibilities include installing and maintaining cabling infrastructures and leading teams of technicians. Offered salary ranges from $30 to $35 per hour, along with competitive benefits. A valid driver's license and safety certifications are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Low Voltage Cable Technician.
• 5+ years of experience as a Lead/Foreman.
• Experience with CAT6, fiber optic installations & paging systems.
• Knowledge of CCTV, Fire, Security Systems is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, and maintain various cabling infrastructures.
• Run low voltage cabling in commercial buildings up to 2,000,000 sq ft.
• Adhere to all required project safety requirements.
• Lead crews of 6-15 technicians and provide instructions.
