3c Business Solutions Inc is seeking a skilled Low Voltage Lead Service Technician to join our team in Kaysville, UT. This role offers a hands-on leadership position in a field-based, technically demanding environment where your expertise drives successful installations and ongoing maintenance.

You will oversee installation, programming, and commissioning of security, access control, CCTV, and structured cabling systems, while mentoring junior techs and coordinating with project managers to meet

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in low voltage systems installation and service.
• Proficiency with security systems, CCTV, access control, fire alarm, & structured cabling.
• Proven ability to lead a crew and manage job site responsibilities.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in the field.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of low voltage systems including security, access control, surveillance, and structured cabling
• Supervise and mentor junior technicians on job sites to ensure quality workmanship and safety compliance
• Perform system programming, configuration, and commissioning for low voltage equipment
• Conduct site surveys and assessments to plan and execute efficient installations
• Coordinate with project managers and customers to ensure timely project completion
• Diagnose and resolve system faults, performing repairs and preventive maintenance as needed
• Maintain accurate service records, documentation, and inventory of equipment and materials

• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle multiple priorities
