Job summary

Maersk in Charlotte, North Carolina, is seeking a Lead Logistics Product Manager to protect, grow, and strengthen the Lead Logistics customer portfolio in North America.

Reporting to the Head of Product Management, LLP NAM, you will work with account teams, Customer Program Managers, and Customer Excellence to understand customer needs, address service and value gaps, support renewals, and identify practical growth opportunities within existing accounts.

Qualifications

• Hold a bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Understand end-to-end supply chain management, customer operations, service delivery and commercial value drivers.
• Demonstrate growth mindset and practical commercial judgment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with account teams, Customer Program Managers, and Customer Excellence to retain and grow assigned Lead Logistics customers.
• Develop account gameplans translating product strategy into concrete actions.
• Support renewals, customer reviews, tender responses, and commercial discussions with product expertise.
• Identify organic growth, cross-sell, scope expansion, and share-of-wallet opportunities.
• Monitor portfolio health including revenue, gross profit, cost-to-serve, and churn risk.
• Drive adoption of Lead Logistics capabilities, platforms, and solutions where value is created.
• Represent the voice of the customer in regional and global product discussions.
• Coordinate execution across Sales, Customer Excellence, Solution Engineering, Finance, Operations, and global product teams.
• Prepare concise performance, retention, and growth updates for leadership with risks and recommended next steps.
