Ideal candidates bring at least 2 years of locksmithing experience, strong teamwork, and the ability to learn new techniques. A valid driver’s license and safety awareness are essential for on-site responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience in locksmithing, access control, door hardware, and skilled trades.
• Strong customer service and communication, with diverse clients.
• Ability to read instructions/diagrams and work safely on ladders.
• Valid driver license and ability to drive per vehicle policy.

Responsibilities

• Perform emergency work orders for commercial clients.
• Install, repair, and maintain commercial and residential hardware.
• Install, repair, and maintain Access Control hardware; modify hardware; master key systems.
• Read and interpret instructions; troubleshoot with varied variables.
• Document and communicate clearly with clients and management.
