Job summary

FlyLock Security Solutions in Omaha, NE is seeking a Lead Locksmith Technician to join our team. This hands-on role focuses on installing, repairing and maintaining commercial and residential hardware with an emphasis on access control and door hardware.

Ideal candidates will have locksmithing knowledge, Safe and Card Access experience, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team within a locally owned franchise environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ hands-on experience in locksmithing and access control.
• Knowledge of residential and commercial hardware is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform emergency work orders for commercial clients.
• Install, repair and maintain commercial and residential hardware.
• Work with Safe and Card Access systems is a plus.
• Install and maintain Access Control Hardware.
• Create and maintain master key systems.
• Key re-keying and pinning of locks.
• Interpret instructions and troubleshoot using diagrams or schedules.
• Read operating and maintenance manuals and safety procedures.
• Communicate with clients to determine services needed.
• Drive in compliance with company vehicle policy.
