Job summary

FlyLock Security Solutions - Central OH is seeking a Lead Locksmith Technician to join our growing team. This hands-on position rewards practical locksmithing knowledge, teamwork, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment servicing commercial and residential hardware.

Responsibilities include emergency commercial work orders, installation and maintenance of access control hardware, creating master key systems, and performing keying/pining tasks.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on locksmithing and access control experience.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills across diverse clients.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work with minimal supervision.
• Capable of working safely on ladders and following vehicle policy.
• Excellent problem-solving and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Perform emergency work orders for commercial clients.
• Install, repair, and maintain commercial and residential hardware.
• Install, repair, and maintain Access Control Hardware.
• Create and maintain master key systems.
• Residential & Commercial lock re-keying / pinning of locks.
• Interpret various instructions in written, diagram, or schedule form.
• Troubleshoot with varying variables in different situations.
• Read operating and maintenance instructions and manuals.
• Write simple correspondence for clients.
• Explain information to customers and clients clearly.
