Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience in locksmithing, access control and door hardware.
• Experience with commercial and residential hardware is preferred.
• Ability to learn new technical methods and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Perform emergency work orders for commercial clients.
• Install, repair and maintain commercial and residential hardware.
• Work with access control hardware and master key systems.
• Interpret written or diagrammatic instructions and follow procedures.
• Provide timely and accurate customer service and support.
