Qualifications

10+ years of professional software engineering with senior leadership
Experience designing large-scale distributed systems
Geospatial concepts including data modeling and indexing
Proficiency in Java, C++, or Python
Experience with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure)
Strong communication across teams

Responsibilities

Own and evolve architecture of core Location Services and geospatial capabilities
Lead system design for scalable, low-latency location services
Define standards for geospatial data modeling and querying
Influence roadmap through technical insight and risk assessment
Mentor engineers and drive reliability and observability
