Qualifications

• Must be eighteen or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Clean background check for access to restricted areas.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to pass random drug screens and stay drug free.
• Ability to locate and interpret reports.
• Ability to interact with the public, customers and contractors.
• Excellent communication skills at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Locate Technicians and oversee workload distribution.
• Maintain customer relations and coordinate with corporate.
• Handle IT, purchasing, and interactions with homeowners and the public.
• Oversee disciplinary actions and vehicle/equipment inspections.
• Manage inventory ordering and mentor technicians for performance.
• Assist in damage resolution and interpret reports (PDR, audits).
• Support in difficult locate jobs and ensure workload load is kept.
• Conduct staff performance reviews and remote collaborations when needed.
