Qualifications

• College degree in business, finance, or related field with 2+ years of lending experience.
• Experience in lending process, loan operations, closing, banking or related fields.
• Supervisory or office management experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of loan operations, closing processes, due diligence by product/collateral type.
• Solid understanding of loan products and regulatory requirements.
• Strong negotiation, problem solving, and communication skills.
• Proficient with loan accounting systems (RIMS, LaserPro).
• Strong computer skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Supervise lending personnel for loan closing activities and due diligence.
• Review third-party documents to provide clear to close and coordinate close documents.
• Coordinate efforts to prepare loan closing documents.
• Manage daily workflow and staff training to meet schedules.
• Set work schedules, allocate and monitor staff performance.
• Make staffing decisions and evaluate performance; approve promotions/salary changes.
• Assist manager in delivering efficient services to customers.
• Review procedures and recommend changes to improve efficiency.
• Verify and quality control loan documents.
• Other duties as assigned.
