This is an in-office, full-time role with opportunities to lead on complex cases. The ideal candidate has a finance or accounting background with underwriting experience and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Finance, Business, Accounting or related field plus 1+ year commercial/CRE or small business underwriting experience.
• Knowledge of balance sheets, income statements, and cash flows.
• Familiarity with credit policies, regulations, and loan structuring.

Responsibilities

• Compile data for credit packages, including statements, appraisals, and collateral values.
• Interpret analyses and present summaries with recommendations to Credit Approvers.
• Evaluate and decide on commercial, CRE, and business loan applications.
• Spread financial statements and identify credit strengths/risks with documentation.
