Job summary

Alliance Ground International is seeking a Loadmaster to supervise and coordinate safe cargo loading operations, ensuring compliance with weight and balance procedures and company policies.

You will inspect cargo, direct labor crews, prepare load plans, and liaise with customers and authorities to maintain safety and schedule integrity. The role requires ramp and SIDA training and a minimum two years of related experience.

Qualifications

• Professional presentation and customer service attitude.
• Strong communication skills for flight crews, gate agents and ground crew.
• Ability to perform weight and balance calculations and basic math.

Responsibilities

• Supervise safe cargo loading and unloading procedures.
• Ensure proper packaging, labeling, restraint, weighing, and documentation of cargo.
• Coordinate cargo-related functions and inspect ULDs, nets and pallets for airworthiness.
