Job summary

AMD is seeking an outstanding candidate to provide technical leadership for load/store verification execution for next-generation products in Fishkill, NY. You will maintain and improve verification methodologies, build infrastructure, and collaborate with RTL/Design teams to achieve program goals.

Required are strong communication skills, team collaboration, and expertise in load/store verification, Verilog/SystemVerilog, Perl, and C/C++. This is a full-time on-site role based in Fishkill, NY.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in CS or EE with significant industry experience.
• Strong foundation in CPU architecture and load/store verification.
• Experience with Verilog/SystemVerilog and programming languages (Perl, C/C++).

Responsibilities

• Perform functional feature verification of high speed microprocessor designs across SoC, Core and block hierarchies.
• Develop environments, infrastructure and test plans for full chip and block-level verification and debug.
• Create automated regression infrastructure for functional verification and run x86 assembly based tests.
• Resolve simulation discrepancies and analyze coverage to fill holes.
• Support next-gen LSDC rewrite.
