Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of trucking dispatch, load planning, or fleet management experience.
• Proven leadership skills – able to lead, motivate, and hold a team of drivers accountable.
• Strong knowledge of DOT regulations, Hours-of-Service, ELDs, and driver safety/compliance.
• Outstanding customer service and communications skills (phone, email, and in-person).

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize daily load plans and driver schedules.
• Partner with Maintenance Manager to prioritize repairs and minimize downtime.
• Lead safety training, driver meetings, and toolbox talks.
• Deliver daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports to senior leadership.
