The ideal candidate has 4+ years in live AV support, experience with Allen & Heath SQ5, wireless mics, and Crestron control, plus a professional demeanor around artists and VIPs. Hours are evenings/ weekends with 20–30 hours monthly.

Qualifications

• 4+ years' experience in live event AV support.
• Experience operating digital audio consoles (Allen & Heath SQ5 a plus).
• Skilled in live audio setup and strike, with wireless mics and monitors.

Responsibilities

• Lead Live Event AV Operations: set up, operate, and strike audio/video systems.
• Mix audio using the in-room console and manage levels, EQ, and program audio.
• Stage-ready setups: test mics, monitors, DI boxes, and video routing.
• Provide on-site client-facing leadership and maintain professional event environments.
