Job summary
Alliance Defending Freedom is seeking an experienced Audio Engineer to lead the audio for live events, manage front-of-house, monitors, and broadcast mixes, and also handle studio and media hits in Arizona. You will ensure clear sound for speakers and presenters, while coordinating with video and lighting teams to deliver cohesive productions.
Responsibilities include designing systems, tuning rooms, RF coordination, and facilitating high-quality audio for national media appearances.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in audio engineering, music production, or related field.
- 3+ years of professional audio experience in live events, studio, and post-production.
- Experience mixing front of house and monitors for events of varying sizes.
Responsibilities
- Lead A1 for live events, design and operate front-of-house, monitors, and broadcast/stream mixes.
- Design room system and loudspeaker configurations to suit venue acoustics.
- Coordinate wireless mic and in-ear monitor systems, RF scanning and battery management.
- Prepare input lists, patch sheets, and show files ahead of load-in; communicate needs to team.
