Job summary

The candidate will manage case files, prepare summaries and filings, coordinate depositions and trials, conduct factual research, draft pleadings, and maintain calendars while ensuring confidentiality and compliance.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or Paralegal Certificate required.
• Three to five years’ litigation experience preferred.
• Experience with financial services litigation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary or lead paralegal on business litigation matters.
• Assist with fact investigation, document collection, review, and production.
