Job summary

UB Greensfelder LLP in Missouri is seeking a full-time Litigation Paralegal to support our Business Litigation practice. Under attorney supervision, you will assist on matters arising from financial services issues, including FINRA and SEC matters.

You will organize case files, prepare summaries and filings, manage discovery and deposition materials, and coordinate trial logistics with attorneys and clients.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or Paralegal Certificate plus 3–5 years of litigation experience.
• Experience as a financial services paralegal preferred.
• Experience with litigation software solutions, including e-discovery and trial presentation.
• Knowledge of motions, discovery, evidence, and court rules.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary or lead paralegal on business litigation matters.
• Assist with fact investigation, document review, and production.
• Prepare case summaries, reports, and filings.
• Organize deposition, motion, hearing, and trial materials.
• Coordinate logistics for depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials.
• Attend proceedings with attorneys and utilize trial presentation software.
• Conduct factual and legal research and client/witness interviews.
• Draft correspondence, pleadings, motions, briefs and related documents.
• Track deadlines and maintain case calendars.
• Maintain client confidentiality.
• Create and search case databases and production logs.
• Assist with trial prep and post-case file management.
