Job summary

Reddit is seeking a highly organized, tech-savvy litigation paralegal to join Reddit’s Legal team, serving as the primary paralegal supporting Employment, IP, and General Litigation dockets. You will own core workflows from intake to matter closeout and coordinate with outside counsel on filings and discovery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of paralegal experience supporting litigation teams.
• In-house experience preferred in fast-paced environments.
• Comfort with deadlines and multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead paralegal supporting Reddit’s employment, IP, and general litigation dockets.
• Own core case support workflows, including matter intake, trackers, calendaring, document management, deadline tracking, and matter closeout.
• Coordinate with outside counsel on filings, discovery, document collection and production, invoices, and day-to-day matter administration.
• Own and manage Reddit’s legal hold and preservation process, including drafting legal hold notices, issuing and tracking legal holds, and managing preservation activities within various systems to ensure preservation of potentially relevant information.
• Lead and assist with e-discovery matters, including initiating and managing data collections and ingestions, coordinating review workflows, supporting document review through internal investigations, and evaluating AI-enabled e-discovery tools and workflows to optimize document review, quality control, and overall case management.
• Improve and scale the team’s processes, playbooks, metrics, and workflows, including through the thoughtful use of AI and other legal tech tools, identifying opportunities to automate repeatable workflows, reduce manual work, and strengthen quality control.
• Evaluate, pilot, and implement legal technology and AI tools that improve litigation support, discovery readiness, matter management, and knowledge sharing.
• Track and automate project and team metrics for ongoing analysis and reporting.
