Mill Rock Packaging is seeking a dedicated Press Operator in Aurora, CO to support our lithographic offset press operations. You will set up jobs from the schedule, mount plates, install rollers, and ensure quality checks align with our standards.

Qualifications

• Lead the press team and work with the Press Assistant as part of a manufacturing shift.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to accept feedback for growth.
• Basic computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office required.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate the lithographic offset press at the start of shifts.
• Review job orders and adjust printing machines as needed.
• Direct the Press Feeder/Press Assistant on responsibilities.
• Perform quality checks and maintain the press according to the quality system.
• Conduct routine maintenance: cleaning, roller care, and inspections.
• Coordinate with office/production teams to clarify job information.
