Job summary

Meyers is seeking a skilled Litho Press Operator to join our production team in Minneapolis, MN. You will set up, operate, and maintain lithographic presses, ensuring high-quality print results while adhering to safety standards.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of press experience, familiarity with sheet-fed offset lithography, and strong attention to detail. This weekend shift runs Fri-Sun, 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with overtime and weekend differential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in printing technology is a plus.
• 3+ years of experience as a Litho Press Operator.
• Strong understanding of printing processes and equipment.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain lithographic printing presses. We have a KBA 105 and 106, 6 and 7 color 40" presses.
• Monitor press operations to ensure quality and consistency of printed materials.
• Adjust ink and water balance to achieve optimal print quality.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on printing equipment.
• Collaborate with the production team to meet deadlines and production goals.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times.

As a Litho Press Operator, you will play a crucial role in the production process, ensuring high-quality printing while maintaining efficiency and safety standards. Weekend Shift

This is a Weekend Shift, running Fri-Sat-Sun, 6:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.

You will work 36 hours and get paid for 40 hours plus weekend shift differential.
