MRP is searching for passionate and agile Press Operator who is a problem-solver and excited by challenges and the opportunity to build something great with us. As a Press Operator in the Press Department, you will be responsible for supporting the Operations Team by setting up and operating a lithographic offset press, achieving a high-quality product in a timely manner.
We're passionate about retaining top talent, and we're offering an exciting bonus for qualified applicants for this role. Eligible applicants will receive $1,500 after 90 days and $3,000 after 6 months of full-time employment.
Now Offering Relocation: Mill Rock Packaging offers eligible employees up to $5,000 USD in reimbursement for qualified relocation expenses to support their move. Relocation assistance is provided in accordance with the Company's relocation policy and eligibility requirements.
Work exclusively in the production area with exposure to elevated noise levels throughout work shift. Pedestrian employees share the production floor with powered industrial trucks (clamp and narrow aisle reach trucks and powered pallet jacks), caution must be exercised. This job requires you to stand and walk the majority of your day. Bending, sitting and squatting are required when fixing certain equipment.
Employees must be open to working any shift.
