Job summary

Charles Schwab Corporation seeks a Business Systems Analyst to support the Liquidity platform modernization initiative. You will gather requirements, analyze liquidity data, coordinate testing, and maintain documentation to ensure a governed future-state platform while supporting the existing Liquidity environment.

The role requires collaboration across Treasury, Regulatory Reporting, Risk, Finance, Data, and Technology, with strong SQL and Excel skills, data governance familiarity, and

Qualifications

4+ years of experience in business systems analysis or related fields.
Experience eliciting and documenting requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria.
Proficiency with SQL and Excel to analyze large datasets.
Knowledge of data governance and data quality checks.

Responsibilities

Support requirements discovery sessions with stakeholders; document outcomes and decisions.
Draft and maintain BRDs, user stories, data definitions, and traceability.
Analyze current-state processes to identify gaps and opportunities for automation.
Perform SQL and Excel data analysis to validate data and calculations.
Coordinate with technology and data partners to clarify requirements and track progress.
Prepare test scenarios and execute UAT & regression testing.
Support modernization program workflows and documentation.
