Job summary

Charles Schwab is seeking a Treasury Business Systems Analyst to lead requirements for liquidity platform modernization. You will translate regulatory reporting, forecasting, and governance needs into clear business requirements while coordinating across Treasury, Risk, Finance, Data, and Technology.

The role requires strong SQL, data governance, and stakeholder-management skills, with a focus on scalable, compliant solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, IS, CS, Data Analytics or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 7+ years in business systems analysis or data-focused technology delivery in banking or treasury risk.
• Translate regulatory concepts into business/functional requirements and user stories.
• Understand enterprise data flows, system integrations, and SDLC with architects and developers.
• Strong SQL and data-analysis skills; query large datasets and trace transactions.
• Experience with data governance: quality, lineage, metadata, audit trails.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements management for Liquidity modernization workstreams from discovery to validation.
• Define FR 2052a-first data foundation to support liquidity analytics and monitoring.
• Translate expectations into complete, testable requirements and data assets.
• Facilitate workshops to map current and target state processes and secure decisions.
• Develop end-to-end process maps, data dictionaries, and source-to-target mappings.
• Act as primary business liaison to technology and data teams and resolve design questions.
• Profile data with SQL, validate transformations, and support issue resolution.
• Define testing strategy; coordinate UAT and evidence retention.
• Support pilot and onboarding patterns for additional data sources and products.
• Ensure alignment with legacy platform changes and regulatory updates.
