Job summary

Golden State Foods is seeking a Production Supervisor for the 3rd shift to oversee liquid products operations, ensuring production goals and high customer satisfaction. The role involves leading up to 50 hourly employees and driving daily management systems to improve results.

You will coach teams on standards, maintain safety and quality, and support continuous improvement across the line. Experience in food manufacturing and supervisory roles is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a food-manufacturing supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities to manage a team.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily activities of staff in liquid products operations to meet objectives.
• Identify and resolve process or equipment issues to maintain productivity and quality.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and drive safety, quality, and GMP compliance.
• Communicate policies and objectives and manage staffing and training.
• Own leadership metrics such as scorecards and shift hand-offs.
