Golden State Foods is seeking an LP Lead Person in Conyers, GA to guide production teams, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency on the line. You will supervise start-up/shutdown, inspect equipment, and support maintenance as needed.

Lead production associates to properly operate equipment from a safety, quality, and efficient perspective, while maintaining the cleanliness of all equipment.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Adhere to safety, food safety, quality and legal compliance.
• Perform all work per environmental, health and safety standards.
• Ensure start-up/shutdown of equipment and processes.
• Inspect machinery for operational readiness and cleanliness.
• Troubleshoot machine operations with operators and maintenance.
• Coordinate production schedule with Supervisor.
• Identify proper product flow from tanks to machines.
• Assist in training new associates and provide break relief.

The Schedule & Setting

Pay & Benefits

Pay Range: $27.47/hr. Full benefits package available per company policy.
