Job summary

Qualifications

• PhD or equivalent with relevant biopharma experience.
• 2+ years hands-on LNP formulation experience.
• Proficient in LNP characterization methods: DLS, zeta potential, Ribogreen.
• Strong Excel, JMP, and Prism data analysis.
• Publications or patents in LNP field.

Responsibilities

• Independently execute and optimize synthesis of targeted and non-targeted lipid nanoparticles (LNPs).
• Lead DoE-based screening campaigns to discover LNPs and optimize formulations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with biology, analytics, chemistry, and project management.
• Support early-stage formulation development and downstream processing activities.
• Maintain detailed records documenting formulation activities and results.
• Analyze, interpret, and present experimental data in group meetings.
• Troubleshoot formulation challenges and improve workflows.
