Job summary

Nightwing is seeking a TEN Lab Manager to lead Linux system administration across RHEL environments in development, lab, and production. The role involves large-scale configuration across multiple OS, automation with Ansible, and deployment of Red Hat infrastructure for scalable TEN operations.

You will administer Splunk Enterprise/Cloud, implement STIG controls, and build dashboards for proactive health and security monitoring.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of directly relevant experience as a Linux System Administrator.
• 3+ years of experience with Splunk Enterprise administration and log ingestion.
• 3+ years of experience with Ansible automation (Ansible Core or Ansible Tower/AAP).
• Must be able to obtain DHS Suitability.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Active DoD Secret clearance; TS/SCI preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a lead Linux Systems Administrator overseeing RHEL environments across development, lab, and production systems.
• Perform large scale configuration management and deployment across Windows, MacOS, Linux/Unix, and other OS and VEs to support TEN infrastructure.
• Develop and maintain Ansible playbooks, roles, and workflows to automate deployment and provisioning.
• Configure, deploy, and maintain Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform for provisioning and compliance.
• Administer and maintain Splunk Enterprise/Splunk Cloud for monitoring and analytics.
• Implement STIG compliance and access management for Linux and Splunk systems.
• Develop dashboards and alerts in Splunk for system health and security events.
