Job summary

Nightwing is seeking a TEN Lab Manager to support on-site incident response for a U.S. Government customer. The role centers on Linux system administration, Splunk monitoring, and Ansible automation to deploy and manage TEN infrastructure in lab and production environments.

You will implement security controls, manage diverse OS platforms, and develop automation to streamline deployments. A DoD clearance and U.S. citizenship are required for consideration.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret clearance required; TS/SCI preferred.
• 5+ years direct Linux System Administration experience.
• 3+ years Splunk Enterprise administration and log ingestion.
• 3+ years Ansible automation experience (Core/Tower/AAP).

Responsibilities

• Lead Linux Systems Administration across development, lab, and production environments.
• Configure and deploy across Windows, macOS, Linux/Unix, and virtual environments for TEN.
• Develop and maintain Ansible playbooks, roles, and workflows for automation.
• Configure Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform for provisioning and compliance.
• Administer Splunk Enterprise/Splunk Cloud for monitoring and security analytics.
• Implement security controls including STIGs and access management.
• Develop dashboards/alerts in Splunk for performance and security monitoring.
• Support storage provisioning, backups, and issue remediation.
