Modern Aviation is seeking a Line Technician Supervisor to oversee ground service activities for transient and based aircraft, ensuring safe and high-quality service for owners, guests, and flight crews. Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and varying shifts.
• Valid driver's license.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional mathematical skills.
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of various aircraft types and aircraft servicing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Exemplifies Modern Aviation partnership and represents the brand to customers, crew members, vendors, and the surrounding community.
• Assists passengers and flight crews by delivering exceptional service and exceeding expectations.
• Oversee safe movement, parking, de-icing, and fueling of aircraft and operate ramp equipment.
• Maintain ramp awareness for FOD and weather, coordinating ramp activities during shifts.
• Follow safety programs, policies, and procedures; exercise sound judgment per regulations.
• Delegate duties, supervise Line Service Technicians, and mentor new employees.
• Enforce safety and operational policies in the supervisor's absence and maintain shift reports.
