Job summary

Warren Oil Company LLC in West Memphis, AR is seeking a Lead Line Operator for both day and second shifts to join our manufacturing team. You will operate manual and automated production equipment, verify line settings, set up machinery, and maintain process accuracy across runs.

Responsibilities include QC checks, weekly QC meetings, close out of work orders, and documenting run results while maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of operator experience in a production environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in high-speed manufacturing environment.
• Experience operating manufacturing equipment.
• Basic computer, math and reading comprehension skills required.

Responsibilities

• Operate and train on manual and automated production equipment.
• Verify components and daily process line settings.
• Set up machinery and ensure materials meet specifications.
• Maintain line flush verification, approval and reporting.
• Perform QC checks on process lines and visual product verification.
• Hold weekly QC meetings to address issues.
• Close out work orders and manage line clearance between runs.
• Document run results and report malfunctions.
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping.
• Audit cleaning tools and supply levels.
• Update process run time boards and analyze run time.
• Conduct weekly safety walks.
