Job summary

Orbia Connectivity Solutions Dura-Line in Sandersville, GA is hiring for a Lead Line/Offline Operator to run and supervise extrusion line operations, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency. You will communicate standards, monitor OEE, train staff, and support continuous improvement while handling equipment checks and production tasks.

The role requires about 1 year of machine operating experience, basic math and measurement skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs; a strong safety mindset

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate standards for process time, settings, and specifications.

Requirements:

• Physical requirements include standing and walking for 8–12 hours, climbing, reaching, squatting, and bending; working in weather and noisy environments; wearing required PPE; and lifting, pushing, or pulling up to 50 lbs.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to move around obstacles and wear required PPE.

• Ability to stand and walk for 8-12 hours.

• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.

• Ability to climb, reach, squat, and bend.

• Ability to work in environments with temperature variation and noise.

Our Offer:
The compensation for this position is typically start at $23.25/Hour.

The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity. The compensation package may also include short and long-term incentive compensation.
