Dura-Line, an Orbia Connectivity Solutions business, is hiring a Line Operator in Sandersville to run an extrusion line safely and efficiently. You will monitor equipment, adjust processes, and ensure the pipe meets quality standards, while documenting measurements and changes.
The role requires at least 1 year of manufacturing operation experience, basic math and measurement skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Day-to-day work includes PPE and teamwork in a manufacturing setting.

The Line Operator is responsible for physically operating an extrusion line in a way that ensures all products are produced free from cosmetic and physical defects and are within manufacturing tolerances. The Line Operator is responsible for the quality of the product run and adjusts and documents operating conditions to produce the highest attainable quality of pipe in a safe and efficient manner.
The compensation for this position is typically start at $19.25/Hour. Additional $1.50 pay differential for night shift
The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity. The compensation package may also include short and long-term incentive compensation.
