Job summary

The Seagate Hotel, Golf & Beach Club, Autograph Collection is seeking a skilled Line Cook 1 to join our culinary team. In this role, you will oversee kitchen operations in the absence of the Chef, create menu items using fresh ingredients, and ensure high standards of food quality and kitchen cleanliness. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, along with culinary experience and excellent communication skills. This position may require flexibility for long hours, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications
