FAENA is seeking a dedicated Line Cook to plan, prep, set up and provide quality service in all areas of food production for menu items and specials in designated outlets. You will direct, train and monitor Line Cooks, maintain cleanliness and sanitation, and coordinate with the Sous Chef on assignments and shortages throughout each shift.

Responsibilities include opening duties, proper storage, waste minimization, and assisting staff to ensure optimum guest and resident service.

Responsabilités

• Direct, train and monitor performance of Line Cooks.
• Prepare and assign production and prep work for Line Cooks to complete; review priorities.
• Ensure opening shift completes start up of Kitchen line and designated prep work.
• Establish priority items for the day and inform Sous Chef of shortages.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of work areas.
• Breakdown work station and complete closing duties; restock and secure items.
