Job summary

Role starts at $21.00 per hour with potential for higher placement based on experience. Flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years of line cook experience in a high-volume outlet preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and multitasking skills; ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and portion ingredients for service.
• Cook dishes under supervision of Room Chef and Sous Chefs.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and monitor food safety standards.
• Train and mentor line cooks on proper prep and techniques.
• Monitor stock levels and report when low.
