White Lodging is hiring an experienced line cook to lead in a fast-paced kitchen and mentor junior culinary staff across multiple hotel properties in the Denver market. You will oversee daily prep, ensure proper food handling, and uphold recipe standards.

Qualifications

• Mentor entry-level cooks and culinary apprentices; oversee daily prep and production
• Experience with commercial kitchen equipment and BOH operations
• Culinary degree or apprenticeship preferred — not required
• Ability to stand and work at a fast pace for extended periods
