Job summary

Four Seasons Resort Palm Beach is seeking a Chef de Partie to lead a designated kitchen station at Florie's, reporting to the Executive Chef and Sous Chefs. You will supervise and support daily kitchen operations, coordinating mise en place, production and service to ensure top-quality dishes.

Ideal candidates have a culinary degree or equivalent, 5–6 years of experience, and strong leadership with excellent organization and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Culinary leadership and ability to supervise line cooks.
• Strong knife skills and station management.
• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support daily kitchen operations for an assigned station.
• Lead and guide line cooks, monitor performance and procedures.
• Coordinate mise en place, prep lists, production and station setup.
• Maintain food safety, sanitation and storage standards.
• Assist in training, mentoring and developing culinary team members.
• Support menu updates, recipe development and plating standards.
• Manage requisitions, inventory and food cost controls.
• Delegate duties and ensure cleaning and checklists are completed.
