Job summary

Sifted, a fast-growing corporate catering company, is expanding its Bellevue kitchen and seeks a Lead Line Cook to launch our new space. You will oversee the daily operations of your station, manage staff, coordinate with the Executive Chef, and ensure top safety standards are met.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in busy hospitality settings, a culinary background, and a hands-on leadership style. Join a dynamic team with growth opportunities, flexible shifting, and a focus on quality.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in full service, high-volume restaurant, club, or catering
• Culinary degree or equivalent is a plus
• Lead by example in production, attitude, cleaning and punctuality
• Adhere to safety and sanitation standards
• Ability to communicate in written and spoken English

Responsibilities

• Lead production of all station items and ensure correct temperatures
• Own labeling, organization of pans and delis; discard out-of-date products
• Enforce quality control, sanitation, and safety in the kitchen
• Manage daily temperatures and packing readiness; report to the Chef
• Assist with deep-cleaning and safety compliance; support production discussions
• Support chef with system development and process improvements
