Job summary

Sifted is building a brand-new corporate catering space in Bellevue and seeks a highly motivated Lead Line Cook to launch in the Spring. You will oversee daily operations of your station, from ordering to execution, and work closely with the Executive Chef to meet safety standards.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in busy, quick-service/large-format settings and a leadership mindset. The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, competitive hourly pay, and benefits including health coverage and PTO.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in full-service, high-volume restaurant, club or catering

Responsibilities

• Lead production for all station items and ensure correct temperatures
• Labeling and organization of pans; discard out-of-date products
• Execute quality control and oversee sanitation and safety standards
• Manage daily temps for pack-out and communicate with Chefs
• Assist with deep-cleaning and safety compliance
• Support Executive Chef with production discussions and system improvements
