Job summary

Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Bristol is seeking a.line cook to properly prepare items for grilling, frying, broiling, baking and poaching according to menus and chef specifications.

The role requires basic food preparation knowledge, ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen, and flexibility to handle varying shifts, holidays and weekends. Training will cover recipes, equipment, health regulations and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of food preparation and line cook responsibilities.
• Willingness to work as part of a kitchen team.
• Preferred culinary training or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare foods listed on menus for grilling, frying, baking and more to chef specifications.
• Maintain clean, organized workstation and proper storage of ingredients.
• Assist with special events and help teammates to ensure smooth service.
• Communicate with FOH and BOH leaders about daily operations.
