Job summary

White Lodging, operating the Sheraton Raleigh Hotel, invites you to join our kitchen crew as a Sous Chef in training. You will learn and perform full duties in the absence of the Sous Chef while contributing to daily production in the food outlet.

You will mentor junior cooks, uphold F&B procedures and health regulations, and help manage food cost and labor efficiency while delivering quality guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Culinary education or apprenticeship preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to stand and move at a fast pace for long periods.
• Willingness to work PM shifts or as needed.

Responsibilities

• Be aware of guest feedback scores and work to positively influence rankings.
• Foster a climate of cooperation and respect among coworkers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Do
