Quail Ridge Country Club is seeking a motivated Lead Line Cook to join our fast-paced culinary team. The role offers competitive hourly pay starting at $25/hr with a $30/hr open range based on experience, plus a sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits.

The Lead Line Cook will supervise line cooks, ensure recipes and standards are followed, and help maintain kitchen efficiency in a high-volume setting. Excellent leadership and culinary skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Two to five years of Lead or Senior Line Cook experience.
• Supervisory experience is required.
• Advanced cooking and knife skills are required.
• Must be well versed in ala carte food preparation.
• Food Safety Training certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct line cooks during service to maintain efficiency.
• Prepare menu items according to recipes, standards, and plating guidelines.
• Ensure consistency, quality, and proper timing of dishes.
• Set up and maintain multiple kitchen stations with minimal supervision.
• Train and mentor new cooks on procedures, techniques, and safety.
