Job summary

Troon is seeking a part-time Lead Line Cook for the Bill Wright Golf Complex at Jefferson Park near Seattle, WA. You will perform line, prep and pantry tasks, ensuring high-quality dishes and guest satisfaction by coordinating with the kitchen manager and teammates.

The Lead Line Cook serves as backup safety officer for food safety programs and will help maintain line standards, timing, and presentation. Compensation is $25.00–$27.00 hourly plus tips.

Qualifications

• Line, Prep and Pantry cooks are responsible for the highest quality finished product of each menu item from prep, line production, and final plating.

Responsibilities

• Understands timing standards on all food items.
• Demonstrates recipe knowledge.
• Demonstrates a keen understanding of production timings.
• Follows plating and garnish guidelines.
• Follows SERV Safe guidelines and demonstrates safe food handling and proper food storage at all times.
