Grand Hyatt Indian Wells Resort and Villas is seeking a Cook 3 to join our culinary team. Located in Indian Wells, CA, this role requires solid line and fine dining experience and strong communication skills.

The cook will handle all basic and intermediate cooking tasks, assist with station coverage, and may lead in the supervisor's absence. Pay is $23.00–$24.00 per hour, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401k, and employee discounts.

Qualificações

• Good communication skills required.
• At least two years of line and fine dining experience.
• Culinary degree or related hotel experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare soups, sauces, stocks, frying, broiling across multiple stations.
• May provide direction in supervisor's absence.
• Work with speed and precision in a high-volume kitchen.
