Joe’s Stone Crab - D.C. is hiring Lead Line Cooks to prepare and present all menu items with a focus on quality, accuracy, and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and follow recipes and requests.
• Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends.
• Safely handle kitchen tools and equipment including knives.
• Excellent communication with team and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Prepare menu items according to prescribed recipes and/or special requests.
• Maintain food safety and quality standards.
• Follow portioning controls and par levels.
• Read thermometer accurately and communicate delays or issues.
• Coordinate with management and service staff on quantities.
